Chris was born and raised in Ottawa and now lives in Wakefield, QC with his wife and son. He has a Bachelor in Social Science and a graduate degree in executive coaching. He has been in the Health Care field, specifically Medical Device, for over 25 years. In that time, he has started multiple companies and lead high performing teams. He has a passion for Leadership Development and Coaching. Helping others to maximize their potential has become his purpose. He enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, surfing (basically anything outdoors that is fun).
Vice President, Sales Performance
Neil was born and raised for most of his life just outside of Vancouver. Growing up, he lived in Montreal for a period of time, and also lived in Mississauga from 2001 to 2009. He completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics in 1995 and has been in the health care sector as Kinesiologist at a Physiotherapist clinic, worked in medical device sales for several years and has been with Tribe Medical since 2008. He now lives in Pitt Meadows, BC with his wife Shannon and sons, Carter and Larsen. He enjoys coaching their sports and is an avid road cyclist.
Chief Financial Officer
Therese was born and raised in the London area. A graduate of Western University, Therese began her professional career with KPMG in Kingston, where she obtained her Chartered Accountant designation. Therese continued her career with KPMG working in the Kingston, London, Burlington, Ottawa, and St. Catharine’s offices. Therese started working with Tribe Medical in 2012, when she and her family returned to London, where she still lives with her husband and three very active children.
Vice President, Performance Coaching
Dylan was born and raised just north of Toronto where he now lives with his wife and two children. In 2007 Dylan graduated from York University where he completed his BSc. in Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Therapy. In 2008 Dylan began his career in medical device sales before joining Tribe in the summer of 2010. During his tenure Dylan has performed many roles at Tribe, spending 8 years in a sales capacity before transitioning into senior leadership where his focus is now on maximizing the development and future potential of our people.
National Director, Distal Extremities & Biologics
Dave was born in Calgary and raised in Langley, BC. He attended Simon Fraser University and Palmer College of Chiropractic completing both BSc. And D.C. degrees. Dave went on to practice Chiropractic and Sports Therapy in Langley, BC for almost 9 years before transitioning to the medical device sector in 2011 with Tribe. Dave is passionate about music, mountain biking, exercise and family. He currently resides in Langley, BC with his partner Brenda and four children Paige, Payten, Hudson and Gibson.
Director of Sales, Synergy and Skytron
Tim has been with Tribe Medical since its inception in 2006 and brings over 20 years of orthopaedic sales, marketing, management, and medical education experience to Tribe. He currently holds the position of Director of Sales, Synergy and Skytron and shares his time between the head office in London, ON and the National ECI Centre in Mississauga. Tim spends his spare time cruising through the Niagara escarpment on his road bike, making bogies on the golf course, and wielding a sharp knife and hot pan cooking up tasty meals for his partner, family, and friends.
National Director of People & Culture
Kelly has spent her entire career working in human resources in the healthcare field. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens University and currently maintains her Designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader and a Certified Predictive Index Analyst. As a working mother, Kelly has also been a member of various boards over the years and currently sits on the London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association Board of Directors as well as volunteers as a soccer coach. Kelly has been with Tribe since 2013 where she helped create the HR department and was very proud when Tribe won the 2021 Business Achievement Award for Excellence in Human Resources with the London Chamber of Commerce.

Christine’s journey with us began as a Logistics Coordinator, where her keen organizational skills and efficiency set her apart. She then excelled as Warehouse Manager, mastering the intricacies of supply chain management and operational logistics. Her exceptional leadership and deep understanding of our products and systems make her an invaluable asset to our team. As Director of Operations, Christine is committed to enhancing our operational excellence, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest standard of orthopedic care and service.
