Therese Graham

Director of Finance

Therese began working with Tribe as an Independent Financial Consultant in December 2012, and is now the company Controller. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over ten years of experience in public accounting and spent seven of those years with KPMG LLP, working in a number of Ontario communities.

Therese is a very proud mom of three young children and spends the majority of her free time trying to keep up with them.Therese has always been an avid soccer player, and still enjoys playing competitive indoor and outdoor soccer, and has recently developed a love for flag football.

Davi Pontes

Director of Operations

Born in Brazil, Davi joined Tribe in December 2008 with a M.Sc. in Cellular Biology. Initially working as a CSR, he now manages the warehouse and IT operations, overseeing many of Tribe's processes as they relate to inventory, logistics, medical devices services, asset management and IT.

He is married and has two boys who share his love for soccer and music. As our Operations Manager, he is passionate about creating better processes, coaching our staff and creating efficiencies throughout the organization.

Kelly Stewart

Manager, Human Resources

Kelly joined the team in 2013 as the Human Resources Generalist. With almost a decade of human resource experience in the medical device industry, Kelly is instrumental in supporting the diverse HR needs of the organization.

Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Queen’s University, followed by a Certificate in Human Resources from Fanshawe College. Continuing with her love for learning, she also holds certificates in Disability Management and Office Ergonomics. She earned her CHRL Designation in 2008.

In her spare time, Kelly is a proud hockey mom. She volunteers her time with the Minor Hockey Association of Lambeth and enjoys being active with her family.

Mary Lynch

Executive Assistant - Sales

Mary is the original TMG office employee. Starting in February 2008, Mary organized and operated customer service while creating a favourable rapport with customers and Tribe’s external sales staff.

She has gained much knowledge in all departments and tends to be the go to person. Mary currently holds the positions of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and CFO.

Mary has strong ties to both the east coast and the west coast that has served her well within Tribe’s organization and communicating with customers across Canada. Mary has a passion for hockey and is Ontario’s biggest Vancouver Canucks fan.

Ryan Decker

Manager, Warehouse

Ryan joined the Tribe in 2010, starting in the Shipping / Receiving Department. He now holds the position of warehouse manager. Ryan’s background is in Business Marketing and Human Resource Management.

He is from Belle River, Ontario (the home of Tie Domi), so naturally he is a Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Ryan enjoys playing and watching all types of sports, but is a big hockey enthusiast.

Rick Manock

Manager, Information Systems

Rick joined Tribe Medical in January 2012 and holds the position of Manager of Information Systems. With extensive experience in information technology systems support, design and deployment, he is proud to be a part of Tribe’s ongoing technical growth and success.

Rick has a Diploma of Information Technology, and multiple related Certificates. Through research and education, Rick continues to keep up with today’s technology demands, providing ongoing support to Tribe’s IT initiatives.

In his spare time, Rick spends the majority of his time with his family, whether it is taking them to new places to hike and explore, or sitting by the pool or a campfire at their summer place.

Roxanne Petten

Supervisor, Shipping & Receiving

Roxanne Petten has been with Tribe Medical Group since late 2010. Her initial role was as Shipper/Receiver in the Tribe Medical Group warehouse. In early 2012, Roxanne took on the role as Logistics Supervisor where she now manages the purchasing and logistics processes. Roxanne has over 20 years of experience in logistics in a variety of settings.

Roxanne is from a small community of approximately 12,000 people in the beautiful province of Newfoundland. In her spare time she enjoys playing baseball, golfing, and mountain biking, curling and coaching girl’s ice hockey.
